How can I find someone to help start an internet business?

If you have neither the technical skills to implement it nor the money to finance it, you're going to have a hard time making money from just an idea.

Many people who have answered your question has answered it by referring you to business opportunities. If I understand you correctly, you already have a business idea, you just need help implementing that idea. Don't be discouraged because you don't know much about internet technology.

I didn't know much either back in 2003 when I started with my internet business, but I learned a lot over the years and I keep up to date with new technology as it comes out.
