It's as save as any other food, as long it was kept in a container and fridge. I reheated seafood more then once and had no problems. Just reheating some seafood, won't taste as good as when it's fresh.

I ate lunch meat all the time when I was pregnant and nothing bad happened. Just don't eat any that's been sitting out too long, like at Subway or something like that (unless it's a hot, toasted sub). If you're still not feeling safe, you can always microwave it for a few seconds and that will kill any bacteria that was there. I also read somewhere that you shouldn't eat eggs over easy, but I always did and we were fine. It's just a matter of getting a bad egg or not, which can happen while pregnant or not.

I just ate some reheated shrimp, and I'm okay so far. If it's been sealed and refrigerated, I wouldn't worry.

I wouldn't reheat it for two reasons 1. it will taste awful and 2. it will give you a very dodgy stomach and could result in diarrhea. No really I speak from past experiences! anyway it taste's alright if you eat it cold.. I hope you enjoy your lunch :)

Obviously it's safe... if you left it in a 100 degree car all day i'd say no, but of course it's safe... man, you north americans are PARANOID!! It would be safe almost a week later in the fridge!!
