There are more than 100 million Children in the world that are living on the edge between life and death. http://ndas.cwla.org/include/pdf/InterntlAdoption_... each time another child is brought into the world, it causes the death of at least one of these children. So adoption is not the answer to the problem of unwanted children.

It is clear that it is is foolish, cold blooded, selfish and cruel to be pro life. The only sane path is to abort when a pregnancy is unwanted.

After having a pregnancy that almost killed me due to severe hypermesis. I strongly believe that abortion should remain legal. I don't want anyone to have the right to tell me that I should die for a fetus that isn't even viable. That I need to leave my 5 year motherless and become some sort of martyr. The whole keep your legs closed, use birth control, adoption would not have worked in my case. What would have been the point to try to continue a pregnancy like that, I would have been dead and there wouldn't have been a baby to show for it....

Well - before it became legal, there were so many desperate women who were having it done in back alleys with a coat hanger. We don't want to return to that!!!! And if you believe that a zygote is a human being at conception - then most forms of birth control are murder, since they don't prevent conception. They simply don't allow the egg to attach to the uterine wall. And a fetus develops gills and tails during the gestation period which rules out a human in my mind. Therefore - I think it should be up to the individual.

The only time I think its slightly ok to do it is if the woman was raped. I think that is the only exception (to me). Theres too many woman out there who take the easy way out of pregnancy by abortion because they werent responsible enough to use protection, or remember to take there form of birth control. I think that if you made a mistake you should take responsability for it, instead of an abortion. I dont care if its just a ball of cells when it happens, its still alive and its just so sad. I think if the person really cant take care of a baby, they should give it up for adoption, so a loving family who cant have kids can have a baby and show it the love that they didnt care to show it.

I think it's wrong. I personally would never do it, but I believe if a women is in a certain position then it's something to consider. Sometimes women get raped and they are put into a tough situation, then and only then is it even half way of a decent reason.

I think it's wrong. It is taking the life of an innocent baby no matter how far along you are. It is sick and selfish and I am tired of being used as a form of birth control by irresponsible people.

I think it is wrong and cruel. It is not a form of birth control and if dont want to be pregnant then close you legs or get on birth control.

I personally think that its so not right and if you get pregnant, God will take the baby away from you if you were not meant to have it. However I do believe it is that persons decision.

on one hand i believe it is wrong..but i also believe in a forgiving God..who understands and also said...ALL HAVE SINNED AND COME SHORT OF HIS GLORY..therefore who is any one 2 judge...it is completely up to the women and you should think Long and hard about it before you choose to make a decision because this is something that you have to live with for the rest of your life..
