I filed 2. The first was denied, but I filed an initial appeal. The second has not been decided on yet.

I am not sure about filing one after you get out of the service which is what it sounds like what you have done.
but I do know they have changed their evaluation standards. I was wonded while in the Marine Corps and was medically discharged. since being out my condition has got worse and I have filed for an increase in benifits.
I am in pain all of the time cant walk more than one city block without having to lay down to relieve the pain. upon filing my request for an increase I found out they dont take cronic pain, lack of daily functions into consideration only the amount of movement I have lost.
I think you are going to have a hard road to get this done but it will pay off if you do win. plan on it taking forever. I filed my clain 2 years 2 months ago and It just went in the hands of the board 2 weeks ago.

guy are they screwing over you... whilst did you fie your declare for VA Comp and what for ??? 2 years and in basic terms now getting a VA Comp medical... there's plenty incorrect here ??? something you're no longer telling us ??? a greater useful question is, who filed it ??? your self ??? Filed making use of a VA worker ??? the two are Very Grave blunders... You mandatory to have filed your declare making use of a Veterans provider Officer... From between the national Veterans businesses...ie: DAV/VFW/PH, or your County or State Veterans workplaces...(A unfastened provider...) you could have somebody that may additionally assist you jointly with your declare and interpret each and every letter to procure from the VA interior reach workplace... they are the human beings who handle your declare...NON medical Clerks... The VA medical centers have no longer something to do identifying your declare... No each and every area isn't meant to be distinctive... Get used to it the VA isn't VET friendly... in case you come across a competent medical expert it is incredibly helping Veterans... tell no person or they are going to get replaced...happens for all time... all the BS solid **** you hear appropriate to the VA is organic Propaganda...
