Anyone know about getting caught with weed and not goin to jail?

If the police confiscated the weed for their own use, who would they tell?

This sort of thing is common.

I once overheard a cop in my town brag about confiscating a keg from some underage kids, bringing it back to the station, and the cops all drinking it.

They didn't go to jail yet. Was there any on the premises when her house was raided? If there were traces and not a major stash there, possession is only a violation, not even a misdemeanor, and she would hav been issued an appearance ticket to be in court at a later date. Then a small fine and a "Don't do it again" and she would be sent on her way.
