Yahoo! Answers already has a spell checker. Yes, it can be annoying at times. But, hey. It's better than the other spell checker.

The Yahoo spell-checker is about as much good as an ashtray on a motorbike. There's LOADS of stuff in there that just does NOT make sense! I run a spell-check when I'm finished - then I do my own!!

Because you actually HAVE the spell checker. I haven't seen that in the US Yahoo for all the years I've used it.

I guess because Yahoo is an America corporation and they just did not take into consideration other nations spell. I think they were trying to make their work easy and accomodate their BIGGEST customers which are by far AMERICANS

Hello. The only reason people need a spell-checker,whether American or English,is that English isn't taught correctly in our schools.
