Contact the boat manufacturer. Failing that try the Coast Guard.

On the registration numbers there should be a state. You can check with them. Who did you get it from? ask them. There is a hull ID number on the outer transom, upper starboard side. You could check with the manufacturer, sometimes they keep records. If it was large enough to have been documented(about 27 feet) there should be a documentation number nside, maybe hidden, that starts with NO. This could be checked with the Coast Guard. Are there numbers on the bow? that is where the state will be given if it has been state registered. Since you are in FL, check with your DMV or DNR, a boat is considered abandoned after 7 years.

Go to a sec. states office and see if they can help you. Your last sticker number should identify the State of registration Another possibility would be to go a boat sales office in a marina and inqiure there also try to contact the manufacturer see how they may help you. Your Sec. of States office may have a way of Having you apply for a new title You are welcome to contact me however thats done I am new to this game

Talk with the license branch and ask how you can get a new title. This happens all the time for older boats or restored boats.
