Why are you coming here for work?
The unemployment rate here is 4.8% and in Mexico is 3.2%. How does that make sense to come here and work, if unemployment there is lower???

we can? ok, the question is, why would you want to? if it is easier to get a job in Mexico. Probably greed, selfishness, and impatient to wait. Your people who are waiting to be legal do not support you.
Cost of living here is way higher than Mexico, everything is not more expensive there. So that still makes no sense. People just wont move to areas where there are jobs. They would rather come here illegally for more pay.

Well let's see.A certain fast food place in the U S pays around $7.00 or more an hour starting wage. That same place pays $1.20 an hour in Mexico but yet still charges the same price for a Mc Burger as in the U S.Food costs the same there as here. Many things do.As far as unemployment rates those are also based on available jobs in certain area's.If you look at our unemployment rate we could say not many people are out of jobs. But that's not the case.Millions are.To use unemployment statistics to further the argument against illegal immigration isn't a good idea.Because it would blow the argument of they take our jobs by the statistics that show unemployment is lower than it's been in many years. So which is it?They take our jobs or not? That is a real question I guess that needs answering.

The minimum wage in Mexico is $4.56 per day (48.67MN) vs
$5.15 per hour in the U.S,, Mexicans pay an average cost of 25% of their income on food, Which would be a of budget of $1.14 to feed your family a day. a household in Mexico is 25 times poorer than a household in the U,S,.
Any way I look at the cost assoiciated to your logic It does not add up.

It's not all about getting more money. Live one day in Mexico and then tell me which country you'll rather be in. Most illegal immigrants come to give their kids a better life not to steal America's glory.

Simple answer: Mexicans are greedy. They make sufficient money in Mexico but they see that Americans are better off and want a piece of the pie as well. It's that or they think we "stole" this land from them, which is quite the fictional story they cooked up there.

because everything in mexico is a lot more expensive than it is here...and the unemployment rate might be higher here but there are more jobs here than there is in mexico..most people are farmers because there isnt a lot of job opportunities...its not all about the unemployment rate you kno....you have to look at all of the factors...like the jobs available..and how much they get paid..

many are not wanted by mexican employers because they are illiterate, criminal, drug addicts. after they escape to the usa they are constantly on the move, no one cares about the quality of their work, or if they show up the next day. but for a days work they can fiesta for a week in the usa, in mexico a days work might not even buy them dinner.

it probably has to do with the fact us americans are not incompetent to hold a job. I know i'll always have jobs because of my education and skill sets. The only americans worrying about jobs are the ones too lazy to pick up any skill sets or drug addicts...in either case, it's those americans we should send to mexico.

Because if the unemployment there is lower they need to come where they can find a job.

they don't just come here to work. and, on a side note, they get paid less in mexico.
