Those are all crappy choices, especially the Pentium D.
$500 or less to build one to those specs, but you could build a MUCH better machine for the same money, using an AMD X2 or Pentium e2140 (based on the Core 2 chipset).
Hell, you can spend $500 at BestBuy or Circuit City and get a better machine with a 19" LCD monitor.
