i lost my son's immunization card, what can i do??

my son just turned a year old and he has a doctors appointment tomorrow, now i can't seem 2 find his immunization card...what can i do????

    You can ask his Dr for a new one, if he is seeing a new Dr. you can contact his old Dr. and ask them to send them to the new Dr. or ask if you can pick them up before his apt. tomorrow.

    You doctor by law has a copy of all your child's immunizations. Just get a copy and add on from there.

    Call your child's doctor and get another copy.

    Your DR should have a copy of all his records as well.

    your dr will give you a new one when you go just tell the nurse you lost it and need a new one they have lots of them

    the doctors office is where you got it from and I'm sure they will be able to give you another one.
