Which car would you rather drive; 2001 Toyota Corolla or 2001 Nissan Altima ?

You cannot really compare the Altima to the Corolla. They are in two different classes. Price, engine, horsepower.

Put a Toyota Camry GLE against the Altima and it kicks it all day long.

I guess most of the people here don't remember how bad a 2001 Altima looks. That series was the worst looking of the three serires of Altimas . 2001 Corollas aren't that attractive either but they are cheaper to repair and operate. In it's defense, the Altima does have a 20 more hosepower but the engine is a lot bigger and the car weighs quite a bit more. Stick with the Corolla. It'll even be worth more in the long run.

WOW that’s like comparing an apple to a stake. not that I would be caught dead with either of them but I would personally take the BMW. It's going to have more taste then a Nissan altima, and it looks better then the altima to. lets face it. the Nissan altima is just a plain ugly car.

As a previous owner of a 2001 Altima, I can tell you to steer clear of this piece of junk! The Toyota Corolla will provide you will equal levels of comfort and considerable better gas mileage and superior reliability.

I think you shouls get the Nissan Altima, but there both good. Just the altima has a better design then the corolla.

Altima, any day of the week! The Corolla is sloooooow and boring with not much pep from the engine. The Altima has a responsive 4 cylinder + looks much better and more sporting than a ho-hum Corolla.

I would rather drive a 2001 Nissan Altima.

Nissan Altima - Better looking, More power and roomier. They also have a huge trunk for your junk.

Toyota corolla - good in gas and better realibility than the Altima, fun ride!
