What size is a 94 Chevy S-10 rear differential?

It's a 4.3 Vortec, 4X2 automatic, with a 10-bolt rear, but is it a 7.5 inch or an 8.5 inch?

    Should be a 7.625" (7-5/8") 10 bolt with 28 spline axles.

    Please call your local chevy dealership.Give the parts dept the last eight of your VIN number they will give you the info you need on your S-10. Best of luck.

    i think this site might help you... i googled specs for an s10 and came upon a forum that suggested this link. the link says it comes stock 7.5 inch.
