Just as I thought. Everyone is looking for the perfect answer, but avoiding the the perfect question. If God is all love, then why when I look around all I see is dualism?

Sounds like God must me an egomaniac. If God is all, then he is both good and evil. He must be both Abraham Lincoln and Michael Vick all at once. If there is nothing outside of God and he is all inclusive, he is love, he is the devil.
As you look at the stars and wonder where they end and if they do end whats beyond them, you will realize that questions like yours are to intimidate others into submitting to your self serving ignorant and terroristic religion, probably Christianity. Well not Christianity, but what such narrow minded thinking has made of it.

On my laptop, about to seal stone tiles for a mosaic mirror in the room next to my bedroom.
And your analogy fits if you switch "god" for "the universe." So yes, I am in a small part of the universe doing my homework. Cheers!

well first thing to do is banish the notion of hell.
and don't exclude the notion that there may be many gods as there are many planets.
our god made us in our image it may have taken millions of yrs - but we are as is everything in his/her creation in his/her image.
when or if we accept that we are a reflection of all that was all that is all that ever will be - then we can understand that we are that which we are a part of - we are a part of god.
then there is the one universal intergalactic god that we are all a part of - we are a part of something very very very large that our memories do not permit or allow us to acknowledge at the present time - many of us do but not all.
so higher archy mainly just exists in our in ability to think beyond it.
so at this very moment i am sitting here answering your question - and you at this very moment are reading it.

I'm parked in front of my computer monitor wondering why you're wondering why...a common misadventure for me on my first night off my work rotation.
But to answer your question philosophically (not theologically...), I'd have to choose option #2: Hell.

i guess the answer your looking for is in hell. but heaven, hell, and god (notice the lack of capitalization) would then have to exist (they don't). life it hellish not hell. by the way god and the devil are just tools of the church to instill fear and boost profit.

Heaven is where God is and hell is where God isn't. Earth is where we are.
Answer: On earth.
Note: I know where I am and God knows where He is.
