There are many ways.

Are you a male or female? If you are a female, it is EASY to get backstage. Just dress super sexy and flirt with someone in the band or a roadie and they will sometimes either give you a pass or they will "tap" you and someone will bring you out a pass so that the performer can meet you.

If you are a male, that is tough, you just have to go to the show and hope to either find someone selling them or buy them through the tour

Honestly it is easier to get them by being a woman, bands are totally easy to get to give passes if you just flirt hardcore
