tell me about personal hygiene and its importance also importance of keeping sourrounding clean?

seriously it depends on your surrounding first.

if you live alone in a practically empty house , its pretty hard to catch disease etc.

of course i do mean basic cleaniness such as bathing everyday , washing your hand after you eat etc.

if you live alone , theres not much need to wash your hand everytime you touch something in your hse etc.

however if you live with sickly people , for example people with flu , or sore eyes etc , den for your personal hygiene , you would have to raise your level to washing your hand everytime you touch something else before you use that hand for food etc.

some people just apparently get crazy about personal hygiene . i mean seriously there are kids who play in mud , refuse to bathe till late night , putting wadeva crap into their mouth . being a kid , how many of them actually get sick this way ? there're a kid and they would have weaker immune system.
