For individuals who have itchy skin, or a rash from an allergy, salt (as well as baking soda) makes a cooling balm on the skin and whether or not it actually helps the healing, I dont know, but it does give one a refreshing feeling. Try it out.

There are a lot more benefits when taking an Epsom salt bath. But probably the most popular use of these salts is to relieve muscle aches and pains and to help draw out toxins in the body. Epsom salt is mainly Magnesium Sulfate, which when used in the bath will be absorbed through the skin. Both Magnesium and Sulfate are key minerals for the body to function properly.

It works wonderful for people that have hemorrhoid issues as well. There is something in it that helps wounds heal much faster. It works great on minor aches and pains. Rose bushes also love it!

It is a healer for skin, the way ive used it is a lot of elderly people soak there body on it. but young people can use it for the same thing also.
