What percentage of the problems in the black community are caused by external forces .?

I don't think a dysfunctional culture,babies born to teen mothers,dropping out of school, etc is causing the problems in our community because it is a result of the problem

I think many things are external things that start within oneself and the mind (mentality) and the rest should follow suit

what percentages of the problems in the white community are external, caused by white men molesting little kids, serial killers, eating people, drinking blood, worshipping satan, teacher having sex with the students, and kids blowing up and shooting up schools?

i am not speaking about just white middle class, but all class of whites.

Why does everybody assume that teenage pregnancy is only a black problem? I've seen plenty of teens from other races pushing strollers as well, my friend. That being said, before you start asking about our neighborhoods, why don't you inquire about your own? Not every white person is sitting on 40 acres of land with a mule.

I don't think it's soley Blacks that have problems dealing with external issues. Every race has it's problems i.e teen mothers, dropping out of school and etc.

My community has far more races than just black.

( I dont know anything about inner-city people I've never lived there)

Some of it is racial profiling but a lot of it is their fault, just like any other race. Watch the BET show "We Got to Do Better". Really good.

I think whites have problems just the same as blacks
