What is the longest you have either juice or water fasted?
On Monday I turn 22, and am going to begin a long serious of juice and water fasting. I've water fasted a few times in the last year, 8 days being the longest. Also, I have juice fasted a few days several months ago. I now feel I'm ready for a long term fast.
Any personal experience with this or positive advice is thanked.
