I've been working at Hollister for almost a year now. Bottom line, we're pushing jeans - so try to wear jeans to work even if it's hot out. To be honest, I usually wear AE to work though, it's so much cheaper if you buy off the clearance rack! Your best bet is to wear jeans, a tank and flip flops!

Just wear their brand.
You can also wear Abercrombie in there
