i dont think my peircing earing is that thick.
when i first got my ear peirced i used a pericing earring so when i take it out can i use a regular earring..?

No you can only wear one earing at a time.

sure, but you may want to go with real gold for awhile. A lot of people are sensitive to the fake stuff (even the so called "sensitive skin" fake stuff) and need real gold earrings for a year after getting their ears pierced. The first time you take old earrings out/put new ones in it may hurt a bit; I have found that getting the ear wet with water or even some light lotion will help "lube the lobe" and let the earring slide in easier.
