Umm, don't bring anything with you that you don't NEED. They search everything. And they won't let you bring in liquids, just like at the airport. It is $71 a day for an adult, but food is expensive in there so bring lots more. Once you're in, the best strategy is to move around the park in a circle, or else go directly to the back of the park and work your way forward. This way you'll be by the exit by the time you get tired. If you're using a rental car and it has logo on it be sure to keep your doors locked while you're in the car. Don't leave valuables in the car, etc, etc. Not that you'll remember any of that once you're there, just have fun!

Attendance is very low at Walt Disney World in January (after the 2nd or 3rd). The weather can get pretty chilly, it can get as low as the 40's so make sure you bring sweatshirts and long pants. You should have a wonderful time!

It's hot!!!!!!!!! Dress for heat, loose clothing is best. Hats are a must or you will cook yourself! Definitely sunblock! And I personally love those misting fans, they are really helpful!!

It will be crowded, so be prepared to wait in very long lines! Take a backpack or something with you to carry lots of cold water in, also take or buy a poncho...summers in Florida are very rainy most afternoons.

I'd suggest staying at a Disney hotel, like the Polynesian, the Contemporary, or the Grand Floridian...they are very close and offer a great Disney experience that hotels further away don't.

Bring a camera and get ready to have fun!!!!!!

OMG im going the 21 maybe ill see you!! but you should go to all the main parks!! then take a day off from the main parks and go to either typhoon lagoon or blizzard beach if u want to try surfing at thphoon lagoon you have to go the concierge so they can book you for it because it is before the park opens go to dinner at the board walk!!! do not eat at the ladie and the tramp restrant in magic kingdom my mom got SOOOO sick from it if you are staying at the beach or yacht club you can walk to other parks or take a boat or go jet skiing and all those things!!!!

keep hydrated, dress cool, check the weather, get a park map, dont miss the parades, use Fast Pass, Haunted Mansion is closed til Sept. Eat at Cosmic Rays or Crystal Palace. Enjoy snacks at Main Street Bakery, try to see everything...dont miss Mickey's Philarmagic indoor 3d show. Watch out for people pushing strollers. Get there early, and stay late. have fun

It truly IS Magical!!! Don't miss out on the Pirates of the Carribean ride or Peter Pan!! Great for children, too! There's an electric parade you don't want your children to miss as well as the fireworks show. I've seen better fireworks' shows, but children are enthralled. Enjoy your vacation.

I can't stress how important it is to get there for opening time if you don't want to que alot. By 11am most ques are at least 40mins plus but between 9am and 10:30am you can get on most rides within 5-20 mins.

Also Lilo and Stitch is awesome!

It is really hot for one, I live in Florida and i have to deal with it lol!!!! Another thing is get there early like at rope drop and if you can try and not leave the park until closing! And.... it will most likely rain so be prepaired for that!!!!! BUT, other then all those things I told you just get to all your favorite rides first then have as much fun as possible!!!!!

this park is the original disney park, so many of the things aren't that up to date with the technology and if you are older you can handle anything in this park. i would highly reccomend that you go on the buzz lighter astro blaster ride because it is very interactive with you and is more like a game than anything. you try to shoot targets that are moving and you control your own car. being that you are probably older you probably wouldn't like mickey's toontoen fair as much as the little ones, but it is kinda cool to go into mickey and minnie's house! my favorite land in magic kingdom is tomorrowland because i love the whole futuristic theme and all the architexture is amazing. you would like space mountain there. you would probably also enjoy frontierland because of splash mountain and big thunder mountain railroad. and you HAVE to eat at cosmic rays starlight cafe in tomorrowland and pecos bill's cafe in frontierland... have fun!!

Get there when the park opens and walk fast to your first attraction. Hit the mountains first. Rides like Dumbo load slow, so there are long waits. Haunted Mansion is closed until September 12th.
