You would first go to OCS school (Officer candidate school) and if and when you finish, you will be a ensign. It can go the other way also where you can go in a enlisted. Both are good

What you are asking is what officer "Designator" is best for you. Having served 31 years as a naval officer I can tell you that your best and most reliable course of action is to sit down with a navy officer recruiter. They will be able to fully answer all of your questions and help you determine the best career pattern based on your desires, abilities, and education. You can serve in a variety of designators - from Administration to Surface and Air Warfare. But the important thing is to make an informed decision based on the knowledge provided to you by an officer recruiter. That is their job and they will be more than willing to impart their knowledge about the many opportunities available in the officer corps.

you're able to do it yet you will might desire to take training each and each semester and it would be on line, not sit down in a classification on a school campus. this might burn you out especially immediately however. paintings comes first. you will have accountability each and every 3 to eight days plus once you're underway or deployed you will possibly not have the get right of entry to to the computer such as you opt for. If something in case you're a not basic working a centred individual you will get an excellent sort of it performed yet a 4 3 hundred and sixty 5 days degree on a similar time as working a greater than finished time activity isn't basic in spite of in case you have been a civilian. next, being a grasp at palms has not something to do with criminal justice. do a splash learn in case you have not performed so already approximately what precisely a criminal justice degree is and what the score of grasp at palms is all approximately. in case you have already chosen MA as your army profession decision you will finally end up working lots and probable in a distant places united states till Barry Obama cancels the conflict in his not so good way. bypass communicate on your recruiter approximately an user-friendly paintings day. My husband is retiring next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and he purely finished his MBA final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, so 18 years and 3 ranges. The army has a ton to grant you which incorporate practise yet bear in mind your activity interior the army will continuously come earlier college. in case you paintings not basic you will have the two and prevail. i'm purely happy i grew to become into performed with college earlier the army so I under no circumstances had to do the two. good success.

I'm pretty sure as a new officer in the Navy you'll start at the bottom along with everyone else. I'm not sure what the ranks are in the Navy as my experience is with the Marines (a branch of the Navy). But this is standard fare in most branches of the military.
If you are asking what specialization they'll put you in...lots of times that doesn't have much to do with your degree. It depends on how you do in their testing and where your strengths are. Unless you've got a degree in medicine or something specialized like that. There are military educators, but not a ton as most bases (Marine anyway) send the military brats to a civilian school.

Honestly, whatever you want to do! As long as you have a four year degree, you can apply to an OCS - officer candidate school - and undergo any training (however specialties like Nuclear require a special degree i.e nuclear engineer).
You can choose one of several broad fields for an officer career: intelligence, aviation, public affairs, communications, science, special operations, special warfare, clergy information warfare, supply/transportation/logistics.
Special areas requiring special degrees are: nuclear power, attorney, civil engineering, medicine.
Good luck!
