your talking about chicken. where the girl is on the guy's shoulders and then another person is on another person shoulders and the two on the shoulders wrestle while the bottom wrestle.

I want to say it's called "playing chicken" cause supposedly one couple will break off at the last moment before colliding (they are chicken). There is more than one way to play chicken.
