Diablo 3 is casualized, oversimplified garbage for the call of duty crowd. Diablo 2 is for gamers who don't need a game to patronize them and spoonfeed the action to them.

78 isn't really that high, you can get there in a couple days' work. I had a level 85 barbarian and a level 86 or 87 sorceress, but they expired. :(
