He didn't get an autograph, but i commend him on his cojones, or at least liquid courage.

Unlike football, they didn't show the guy (most likely) getting arrested for that shindig. Even though the cars weren't running, I imagine that Nascar would look at that as a serious safety violation.

Maybe a NASCAR official, or a ESPN employee told him to do it. That way ESPN would have something to talk about.
