I am so frustrated because my incredible is still giving me trouble..?
I am getting no http found!!!!! what does that mean? I do not know computer lingo and I think thats the problem because people keep saying just follow the link and I do but do not know the lingo and do not know what some words mean. can someone talk to me like a two year old so I will understand what I am doing? after this ...if it does not work I am going to forget about it because I have been trying to get it for two weeks and I am not giving it any more of my energy. thanks

We would need more details to figure out your problem but my first question would be:
1. Can you go to a website on the internet? I assume yes if you are on Yahoo now.
2. Are you typing the internet address in the Address field in Internet Explorer? If yes, you may be making a typing mistake.
3. Are you clicking on a link to the internet address? If yes, try to copy the whole line and paste it in the Address field.
4. When people say follow the link, the link is the address of the website, like http://answers.yahoo.com/ . . .
