I am writing my first book , growing up gay in an irish catholic family in the projects?

I was all alone to deal with it while having 10 siblings and a dad who was disgusted with a little boy who was scared. I felt the hate when My football player brother died of cancer, he was 18 and I was 16. the whole family fell apart but we were not allowed to talk about it.....many wonderful people and situations as well as horror this is about me and the horror of being left to fend for myself. I am only interested in telling my story and what happened to me....the way I see it. I cannot control other people or the way they see things. there is sex abuse and verbal as well as physical abuse. this story needs to be told and has never been written before. thanks for all the great suggestions

I would like to write an advice column on substance use and abuse. I considered newspapers but everyone who would even might be interested never got back to me and so I thought maybe the internet someplace..... being old and tech deficient I need help with opinions. ok anyone?

I think I could use more protien, I do not eat hardly any meat I guess the only protien comes from peanut butter and some from soy milk, that has protein right?

expect I should get my heart rate up to to burn fat? I am up to 30 min a day going very fast walking, about 42 mph with a 3.5 incline. I get wet all over when I am done but I wonder what I should do to get better and work on my chest and belly.

I am 52 yrs I have been 3 weeks at the gym I have to hold on (coordination issues) to the handles that monitor heart rate and .. I am doing a 4.0 speed and 2 incline so far.I could use some advice on what I should be doing and what numbers I should be aspiering to.....because I also am flabby on my upper body due to weight loss I am also looking to tighten up a little. I know all is not going to get tight but I will do what I can...any suggestions on that? I appreciate the help because I do not have enough money to hire a trainer and work out at the ymca. thanks you guys

I am amazed at the way the tide is turning on bb8 erick ia a total loser and dick and daniel have been left in that game and I hate them both and it looks to me that they will take it home. I find it so difficult to meet a lot of gay men who are real and would like to do things other than sex when we first meet. its from someone who has it that she does not know well... and we need to get info on the particulars and ....how much and when it was purchased she said its still in the box but the only info is a bar code # thats on the back of the product information guide.
