Can anyone give me some good smoothie recipes?

I think I could use more protien, I do not eat hardly any meat I guess the only protien comes from peanut butter and some from soy milk, that has protein right?

    12oz of soy milk

    2 scoops of strawberries

    2 scoops of bananas

    Also go to trader joes or a vitamin store and purchase some protein powder to add in your smoothie!

    This is really simple to do and good energy booster, too.

    1/2 cup of nonfat or lowfat yogurt

    1/2 cup of blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries

    1/4 cup of oj

    ice

    blend

    enjoy!
