No it wasn't a good idea, because Vince Young will probably get hurt from the Madden Curse. Then the Tennessee Titans will have no one considering Adam "Pac-Man" Jones is out for basically his career, and considering Albert Haynesworth is becoming a panzi and not tackling anyone.

I don't think he was good enough to be on the cover anyway.. I could understand LT, Chad Johnson, Shawn Merriman, or Peyton Manning, but why Vince Young..

I honestly don't know why he is on there in the first place? Their are so many more deserving players to get hurt! ha. I think Reggie Bush should have been on the cover in all seriousness. He is the face of the NFL this yr.
