Once upon a time there was a female brain cell that, by mistake, happened to end up in a man's head. She looked around nervously, but it was all empty and quiet.
"Helllooooo!?" she called out, anxiously. But there was no answer. "Is there anyone here?" she cried a little louder, but there was still no answer.
"HELLO IS THERE ANYONE HERE?" she yelled.
Then she heard a voice from far, far away.

"Men think with their..." is the oldest joke in the book. You'd have to change it around a little bit more than that to overcome the last few centuries of excessive repetition ;-)
Mind you, I'm just saying it's overstated, not that it isn't true.
