Not really enough information because I can't tell how many teams you are competing against. If this is a 10 man team, I figure you are in the middle of the pack (maybe slightly better) at the end of the season. If it is head to head, you never know in the playoffs, but I would not consider you a pre-season favorite to win it.

The worse part, in my opinion, is depth. You have no solid back up at all in Porter or Booker. How many catches did Porter have last year? You really think he is consistent at all? Booker could improve with Welker and McMichael gone if you believe in Miami offense at all. So, "sleeper" pick maybe. Gates makes up for it a little on the starter side. Moss is a top of third tier type WR - he may be servicable as #2 WR, but that is a push. Most outperforming WR are in the second tier and you get a few trickles from the third tier. But he has the capability of being the top of tier 3. Muhmmad, well he is losing out to the new guys (Berrian) and is way down on my list (past tier 3). He is best a #3 option where you have him. If things go well in Miami (and how long have we heard that) Booker could replace Muhmamad. But i have been wrong on Muhammad before.

But injuries will kill you. Yes, your starters are not bad, but you are in a risk situation with injuries.

as the season progresses, look for a rb that is emerging. Barber could end up being a stud in Dallas by end of season and their playoff schedule is fairly good (assuming playoffs are in week 14-16). But they are talking about playing more "power running" game and that means Barber has upside. Taylor, not bad, but he could lose out to the new rookie.

But again, I like your starting WR. And your QB as well. But again, my style of play is to get good RB's and you have one guy who is schedule to get most of the carries - not two in my opinion at this point.

Brees is solid, you might consider trading Leinhart at some time to a team who might need a QB and get a good WR or combo deal for another RB. It would depend on the performance, etc to date of the two sets (wr and rb).

Having Balitmore is solid. their week 14 matchup is a problem facing Indy. You don't want to be bumped out in week 14.

For a 1st draft ever, I would say you did very well.

-Solid with a good emerging backup at QB.

-RB is a bit thin unless Barber can take over as the clear #1, Taylor may well lose his job to Peterson unless Peterson continues to have nagging injuries.

-WR is thin also, as you acknowledged. I would look for someone who grabbed a few WR's high but ended up with little depth and ended up with a Devery Henderson type as their 3rd WR. Then package 2 of Porter, Booker or Muhammad, for one good WR. The QB's for all of those 3 WR's are questionable.

TE - you got the best and a strong backup as well. Romo will be looking to the TE when protection breaks down.

DEF - you got one of the top 2 and they will score as many points per week as a good WR and more consistently than a WR. Good backup for the bye week/play the matchups scenarios.

    - A kicker is a kicker is a kicker - the top kicker almost never follows that up with similar stats the next year. As long as McNabb stays healthy to move the team, you're fine. And Akers is always pretty good. The difference between the #2 K (#1 is usually an outlier for one year, see "Rackers, Neil") and #15 is negligible over the course of a season.

All in all, very solid team, but will need a little work. Keep your eyes out for RB's that get injured and grab their handcuff if they are available. You can never have too many #1 RB's, and WR's are overrated for consistent scoring. Good luck!!!

Drew brees is a spectacular QB.

Wayne is a lock for 1,300 yds and 10 TDs but moss and muhammed are uncertainties.

Gore will be one of the top three backs by the end of the season if he can stay healthy. Chester Taylor will split carries with adrain peterson who will eventually take over the starting job sooner rather than later.

Gates is in a league by himself in the TE.

Bench is good and Defense is the best.

your right... your receiving core is bad but you do have an excellent QB and an excellent TE and DEF and your RB's arent very good either but i would start Marion Barber over Chester Taylor... they both split carries but i think that marion barber will get the starting job soon over julius jones but the only one that will get the starting job in minnesota if anybody does... it will be adrian peterson not chester taylor... i would look to trade matt leinart for a better WR or RB because matt leinart is a sleeper QB who has the starting job in arizona that will do good but you already have a good QB so the only time you will start matt leinart is new orleans bye week so go for a wr i would give you on a scale from 1-10 i would give you a 7.5 just try to trade matt leinart for a solid WR so you will have a better receiving core and just start marion barber over chester taylor you wont regret it

Nice team, but how many others are in the league? 12? Just for your future information, always, i mean ALWAYS draft running backs first. Im not sure how high you drafted baltimore defense or david akers but defenses you should usually wait until the very very late rounds. As for kickers, they should almost always be taken in the very last round. They are not too valuable and hard to predict, take a look at Robbie Gould from chicago last year, nobody drafted him and he was the number one kicker. Hope some of those tips may help for future drafts

You are stacked at TE, a little thin after Wayne for WR and a little thin after Gore; Taylor is going to loose a ton of carried to Peterson.

An idea for you: try to trade Gates for a top notch WR (C. Johnson, J. Walker) or a solid RB (R. Johnson, J. Addai) then plug in Witten as your starter at TE (his stats improved when Romo was starting)

You have a lot of good players with good potential, but you got 2 things I'd love to have. Frank Gore and Baltimore defense. Baltimore d has always been good and i know for a fact that Frank Gore will have the best season of his life... If all goes well with the broken hand thing...

good team, depends on what Santana does this year, also im not sold on chester taylor being a huge producer this year. Gore needs to stay healthy and he should have a good year. Good bench players

    I'll give you a rating of "A".

All are top notch players except for Santana Moss and Mushin Muhammed. Don't drop them though. Although I say they are not top notch, they are still good players. They will get you average points.

You are going reek havoc on your opponents. Good job on the draft!!!!!
