mysteriously forwarded e mail?

Computers dont do anything really that you dont tell them to, so someone or something must have told outlook to forward them, I would say you have a virus. I would suggest running a scan, you can get a free scanner from:

Carry out an anti-virus scan and also Outlook Express is notorious for contracting viruses. You would be better of without it.

You have some form of virus.
