Windows Not Reading HDD PLZ HELP ASAP?

Ok, so i put another hdd in my windows computer (dell)

Then i startit up and the bios read it

Then i went in to the windows device manager and it read it

My only problem is that When i go to my computer That doesnt read it along with any other thing like disk defragment

Plz help

    Yo, You have to partition the drive first, you may want to allocate 100% of the space as one partition. Then you have to format it to a file system that windows can read like NTFS or FAT32

    You have to set up a partition first.

    Go to start --> run and type diskmgmt.msc

    Then set up a partition on the unallocated space.

    Then you have to format it.
