Weight loss issues....?
I have been trying to eat more protein lately, but less calories. I basically eat about half a can of tuna with a two egg white omelet in the morning, some cucumbers with salsa in the afternoon, and then another egg white omelet at night, sometimes with more tuna or some broccoli and cauliflower. (I get up around noon so I skip a meal) I also add spices like Mrs. Dash, tabasco sauce, and pepper to my foods. At first it seemed like I was losing weight, but now it feels like I'm gaining and I don't know why. Can someone please explain? (P.S. I take a multivitamin)

losing weight is a slow process - down 2 pounds today, up 1 tomorrow. It takes a few weeks to get things on an steady decline.
Your body adapts to the fewer calories and puts itself on Starvation Alert (it is not sure when there will be adequate food again) - it conserves energy and you don't lose weight - and may look like you are putting it back on.
In your daily diet, you are't getting nearly enough fiber for your body to feel full. You need a wider variety of veg to get all the nutrients you need, and you don't mention cereal or dairy at all.
I have a 212g small can of salmon here (no tuna just now), half of that is 130 calories. Tuna would be broadly similar, but if packed in oil would have a lot more calories. Would be nice with a slice of wholemeal bread, give you fiber and B vitamins. No need for butter. Cucumbers with salsa - could you add mixed salad too? Tomatoes or bell peppers? Cottage cheese? If you are only using the egg white, you are losing valuable protein from the yolk.
I haven't checked out all the calorie values of your food list, but it sounds like you are way short of 1000 calories a day. No wonder your body is on Starvation Alert.
Some of the problem may be your daily routine. Getting up at midday, you are cramming all the meals into a 12-hour period (or less) instead of over 16 hours, and if your last meal is close to bedtime, then you are not expending the energy on normal daytime activities.
One last thought - the egg white omelet - if you fry this, you are adding fat and calories. One boiled egg complete with yolk would be much healthier. And the multivitamin is useful, but it is second best. Best of all is to get everything you need from fresh food.

It is so incredibly easy to lose weight that you can't even imagine!!!!
I have lost 69 pounds without even exercing!!! And with eating all of my favorite food from NICE EXTRA CHEESE PIZZA from Pizza Hut to a TRIPLE COMBO WITH EXTRA CHEESE and MAYO from WENDY'S Restaurant!!!
FIRST OF ALL!!! IT IS VERY SERIOUSLY SCIENTIFICLY PROVEN THAT THE SENSE OF HUNGER IS IDENTICAL TO THE SENSE OF THIRST !!!
SO WHAT THIS MEANS IS !!! Everytime you assume you are hungry you could very seriuosly be thirsty! The only way to find out is to drink a glass of water first and wait a half an hour!!! If you don't feel hungry after that then YOU WERE NEVER HUNGRY BUT ONLY THIRSTY!!!
SECOND OF ALL!!! NEVER EVER EAT AFTER 6 PM YOU VERY SERIOUSLY HAVE TO BE FINISHED BY 6 PM NOT START EATING AT 6 PM BUT FINISH BY 6PM!!! Eating food late it's like forgeting the food on the table to be put back in the fridge over night so than when you wake up the food smells disgusting on the table and you have to throw it away!!! Well that's basicly how it is if you eat later then 6 PM because the food that goes in your stomach technicly gets ruined even more in your stomach over night, and that's where bad breath comes from! It's already enough that the body has to process unhealthy food in your stomach when you wake up but on top of that it has has to process ruined unhealthy food! And then you wonder where stomach pains, fat, cholesterol and all that comes from!!!
THIRD OF ALL when you eat late this is the primary reason why when a person wakes up LARGE PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE NEVER HAVE BREAKFAST!!! It's very seriously recommended to have breakfast then just a STUPID COFFE! SINCE YOU ATE LATE LAST NIGHT OF COURSE YOU WOULDN"T FEEL HUNGRY FOR BREAKFAST SO THE BEST WAY TO TRAIN YOUR BODY TO HAVE BREAKFAST IS TO START BY EATING DINNER EARLIER AN HOUR A DAY!!! Let's say the latest you would normaly eat is 12:00 AM(Midnight) so you can't just change over night and start eating the latest 6PM because it would be too difficult and you would deffinetly cheat the next day and maybe tell yourself i'll just eat little(And that little would mean A WHOLE LOT) something at 9:00PM!!! So the best way to do this is If you normally eat the latest 12:00 AM(Midnight) why not the next day eat the latest 11 PM then day after that 10 PM day after that 9 PM and so forth untill you learn to finish eating by 6 PM so that when you wake up you would then feel HUNGRY ENOUGH TO HAVE A BREAKFAST and then when it reaches 6 PM you would FEEL MORE THEN FULL ENOUGH NOT TO BE HUNGRY AND EATING AFTER 6 PM !!! And when I say never eat after 6 PM I am very serious because that means that EVEN IF YOU DECIDE TO DRINK A GLASS OF ORANGE JUICE WITH 100 % Vitamin C: What sounds incredibly healthy which it really is can be unhealthy if you drink it after 6 PM because it contains calories, sugars and even fat!!! DRINKING ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THEN WATER IS STILL OFFICIALLY EATING!!! IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WAIT NO MATTER WHAT AND HOW MUCH UNHEALTHY FOOD YOU MIGHT BE EATING AS LONG AS YOU NEVER EVER EAT AFTER 6:00PM YOU CANNOT BE FAT EVEN IF YOU TRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

I did loose 30 lbs in 60 days and put up how I did it in here. If you have the will power then you can try it.

give your protein extra low calorie flavor by adding a salsa or chutney instead of a gooey cream sauce

store bought salad dressings can be packed with calories make your own vinaigrette and store it in a small spray bottle to coat your greens without over dressing them
