Chores first, then grandmas. If she's been acting out and grandma's is the reward, tell her if she does an exceptionally good job on her chores, then she should be allowed to go. If she's moaning and putting forth a lackluster effort, tell her she can't go this time, but if she does better then she can go the next time. Make sure to coincide your discipline/parenting rules with Grandma so that she will support and reinforce them too. Good luck!

Can't she do both?
Or, let her go to Grandma's house and do the chores when she comes home. Then again, there must be chores at Grandma's she can do...

I am assuming you are asking a question regarding your daughter? Are these the only options for your daughter? I have noticed that you are a "top contributor" which means you probably spend alot of time on line...
I say keep your daugher home, and spend some quality time with her (with you off line). and, then go visit grandma together.
