I would personally trust lisa's answer for that, because she seems to know what she is talking about... The baby is 6 weeks so the heart is just now functioning and forming... If it was a big deal, I am sure the US tech would have contacted your doctor or a doctor for you before u even left to admit you or to run farther tests... Either way, I wouldnt stress babe because that will just cause more stress on the baby if there IS something wrong... which im sure their isn't... My babies heart beat is like 128 or something... love ya!

When I went in at 6 wks, 0 days, the ultrasound tech informed me that the heart rate should be between 90 -110 ( I had 107). I am now 14 weeks, and the 12 week ultrasound showed a heart rate of 167. Obviously, the further along you get the heart rate increases (then decreases later on).
I don't have any scientific information as to whether the information that the ultrasound tech relayed to me is correct . Based on what she told me, however, 92 sounds on the low side but not alarming. At that stage of pregnancy, the heart rate increases every day. If I had to bet, your baby will probably be fine.

Well that seems really low-my baby's lowest was 135 at 21 weeks. However, since your doctor or a med person was the one who listened to the heartbeat-he/she should tell you if there is anything you should be concerned about. Most times my child's heartbeat is in the 160's and it is a girl.

The heartbeat "should" be at least 120bpm...doctors tend not to worry too much if the heartbeat is 100 bpm or over. Your doctor didn't say anything?
At 6 weeks the heartrate starts at 103 bpm and ends at 126bpm (increasing approx. 3.3 bpm each day). By the end of 7 weeks the heartrate is somewhere around 149.

you should have that checked. a baby's heartbeat shouldn't be below 100 really for anything. That's not super super low, but it's down there and i would worry just a bit. The earlier you are, the faster it should be, so at 6-7 weeks the baby's heartbeat should be much much faster than that.

Mine was 165 at 11 weeks, 158 at 14 weeks and 148 at 18 weeks and I am having a boy.
Normal heart rate is 120-160, so I would talk to my dr. A low heart rate could indicate the baby is not getting enough oxygen. I am sure everything will be ok, maybe it was inaccurate, or the dr. picked up one of your veins and confused it with the baby, unless you saw the heart via ultrasound.Good luck!

Mine was 152 up until a few weeks ago and then it went to 142. I am having a boy. I think 92 is a little low.... I would call your doctor and have him check out the US results. I hope that all is well.
Very Best Wishes!

The heartbeat should be atleast 130. 92 is what an average adults heartbeat would be.
