What does "voluntarily dismissed in entirety" mean in a divorce?

I have an acquaintance who has spent the last 7 months going through divorce procedings in Maryland. The final disposition is "voluntarily dismissed in entirety." Does this mean she's divorced or that they decided to settle out of court?

    Hi sweets, it means it was dismissed without prejudice, in other words no fuss made in dismissal by the judge.

    It means she is NOT divorced. The divorce suit was DISMISSED (cancelled).
