Saudi men and their summer marriages?

well this is an important issue that the Saudi Government is trying to handle and the media is raising to find causes & solutions. Its good that its taking this much publicity , to help in increasing public education & health... but its cruel to think that its ONLY Saudi men are doing this .. comon.. its obvious to all that u can find men from all nationalities in this issue going all over the world having fun not only in Indonesia but eveywhere..(without naming nationalities or countries) I think this case should be handelled strictly from all apsects and thier should be punishment taken . on the other hand those poor families that are giving their young daughters out for money or what ever reasons how can they be stopped if thier Govenment is silet about this with no action?? Its really painfull & shamefull that these men still cant realize the hurt & complicated consequences of an hour fling.

I think all major hospitals and labs all over the world do DNA testing including KSA, of course you need a tissue sample to do it e.g. hair, saliva, skin etc.

This type of marriage is an attempt to legitimize what would otherwise be straight forward prostitution.

Unfortunately, some of our narrow minded clerics are behind this and other types of similar arrangements.

Sounds like Prostitution, with a different name. Wouldnt the mother have to name the father when the child is born, so it would appear on the birth certificate?

OH come on!!!!... what a load of hog wash!.... If your man is of the sort to do this.. it doesn't make any difference what country he is from.. Don't tell me there aren't tons of illegitimate kids in USA, Europe or anywhere else... Men have affairs (whether temp marriage or not) all over the world.. then there are perfectly good righteous men who don't go about cavorting around...

Well my husband won't be travelling to Indonesia because I'll be going with him to places like Sweden, Egypt, Scotland if he has money to travel because he knows I want to and like travelling.

These marriages are banned by Islam, and it's considered as having an "affair" outside marriage !
