This is a recipe I adapted from the Campbell’s website. I added the marinade, onions, and garlic. It’s not true authentic, but it’s definitely tasty and this always goes quick at my house. And it's super easy!
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak or top round steak, 3/4" thick
Marinade Ingredients
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Freeze beef 1 hour and then slice into very thin strips. Place beef in marinade and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 3/4 cups Swanson(R) Beef Broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped or crushed
Hot cooked rice
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, broth, soy, brown sugar and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
STIR-FRY beef and onions in nonstick skillet (or use a little veg or peanut oil) over medium-high heat until browned and juices evaporate.
ADD broccoli and garlic cook 1 min. Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over rice. Serves 4.

Ingredients:
340g frying steak (sirloin or fillet steak)
284g broccoli (cut into florets and blanched)
2 tsp minced ginger (or fresh)
½ jar Wing Yip Oyster Flavoured Sauce
2 Tbsp peanut or vegetable oil
Method:
Cut beef thinly across the grain and season with light soya sauce, sesame oil and a little cornflour.
Clean and blanch broccoli florets.
Heat oil in a wok and fry minced ginger and broccoli.
Turn up heat and add beef in batches to seal meat.
Add Wing Yip Oyster Flavoured Sauce and broccoli and stir well.
If you prefer beef pink now is the time to turn off the heat.
Alternatively, continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
If using dried mushrooms, slice and add to the wok after the ginger. Add 2 Tbsp water, cover and cook for 3 minutes before adding broccoli.
