I just bought a house that a lady was renting. The current lessees are behind on the rent and since she has allowed me to enter the premises, I have seen (and smelled) the mess she has. Since the house is not mine and she has not paid rent, can I ask her to leave the premises with in 72 hours or do I have to file any paperwork?

5 boys, no child support in years...non-custodial parent is illegal but works and is in arrears for over 100 thou.....Tried filing in state and support kids but nothing. NCP is hiding out and don't have good location for him except lives in NC....Anything I could do? all kids are citizens, straight A kids who haven't gotten a call on their birthday much less a present in over 5 years.....serious help only.

My 11 and12 year old say they were playing when they said they forged my signature on band practise sheets and other paperwork. Now that they see how angry I am, they are complaining that they can not joke around with me or their stepdad, that they can never talk to me about anything. I haven't been able to confirm anything with the band director yet. Even if the forging is not true, I am upset that they would even play with something that serious. What is a good punishment for either crime?

Is this normal...I just adopted a pit/blue heeler mix pup from a neighbor. He is about a month old and he sleeps all day. He will get up and whine when I move away from him but will fall asleep as soon as I sit back in my chair.....is this normal? also, any tips on taking care of him? This is my first puppy.

CS order in NC for 1300/month I have now moved to TX. Father of kids has no social but works and makes good money. CS in NC can not give him orders bc when stuff is taken to his house he claims he is his brother, so he does not appear in court..... owes over 80 grand.....

i had this episode yesterday where I was laying in bed, wide-awake, with my eyes closed. I heard someone that sounded like my son whisper my name. i felt a presence come closer. i tried to say somethign but couldn't talk, move my arms, smile, open my eyes or anyting. i felt my heart racing....what the hell happened to me. it lasted about 10 seconds.

for personal reasons, a friend of mine who was raped by her boyfriend wants to drop charges against him. she doesn't want to get back with him but due to other issues, she wishes to drop charges.

will the state continue the charges against him and if so, can she prevent that?

also, she has children, could she lose custody of them.....the father of her girls is not the rapist....
