can someone translate my phonetic phrase into english?
i don't know how to spell it, i heard someone say it and they did not repeat it....they sounded angry...
i apologize for the spelling errors!!
i (think) i heard them say:
no moni ingaraga e poco mi nifreg
a fluent speaker of italian said it...in italian...i just want to know what it means, how to spell it correctly and then the meaning in English....thanks!

Are you sure it is English?
It sounds more like Italian slang to me.
It may be some Italo-english language from some immigrants to the US...
Anyway,
"no moni" sounds like "no money" - niente soldi
"ingaraga" .... I have no idea....!
"e poco mi ni freg" sounds a bit like "e poco me ne frega" in Italian, which means "and I couldn't care less"
If I had to use my imagination, I would say that someone is saying they have no money and they don't care about it...
I am curious what the others come up with!

I would say that lovely green eyes has done the best that can be done with this sentence. I pretty much came to the same conclusions... And, as hard as I try, I too can not think of what "ingaraga" can possibly mean!
Maybe if you gave us a context?
