any other options for child support?
5 boys, no child support in years...non-custodial parent is illegal but works and is in arrears for over 100 thou.....Tried filing in state and support kids but nothing. NCP is hiding out and don't have good location for him except lives in NC....Anything I could do? all kids are citizens, straight A kids who haven't gotten a call on their birthday much less a present in over 5 years.....serious help only.
I was 16 when we got together which was really stupid of me and he signed to pay 1300 a month bc at the time, he was the owner of a very successful remodeling compay. I did not hit him with child support, we split up amicably. Sorry to burst your bubble but not looking for 'woe is me' comments but some real answers....And yes, he is in arrears for over 100 grand.

Another claim of someone owing over $100,000. You must have hit him with some pretty high child support payments, which is interesting since he's an illegal. I see that he's suppose to be paying $1800 a month and six months ago he owed $80,000. Did you get an increase to $3000 a month in child support in that time? Or are you just inflating the figures to get POOR THING comments?

Do you already have a court order? If you do then it should be no problem to find the parent. If he doesn't work under the table. Employers are required to report all new hires within a couple of weeks of hiring so they can be checked out for back child support. It sounds like he may be working under the table to avoid paying child support. I wish I could be of some kind of help for you. I only have 1 son that barely gets his child support. I couldn't imagine having 5.

I really want to lecture you on the life you forged for your kids by getting involved with an illegal to begin with but you already have to live in that reality.
Tere is nothing you can do- he probably gets paid under the counter and can disappear like nothing.

You need to file for AFDC. They will help you out and track down your dead beat to make him pay.
