What is this pain in the back of my head? details?

For the past few months i've had this throbbing pain on the left hand side on the back of my head, there is a little bump there also, it is not like a headache it's like a pulsing pain then after a day or two it'll go away for awhile then come back...feels like someone is pulling at the roots of my hair....any ideas?..it sucks because i don't have insurance and can't go to the doctor....this pain is annoying me , i'm thinking i may have a brain tumor..i get paranoid like that...any ideas what this could be.....

I don't know,Nita but you *must* find the money to ask a doctor - it will be worth it just to put your mind at rest.
