Why does my Photoshop look pixely?
I run Adobe Photoshop 7.0. I've had it for a few years and have never had this problem until today. When I try to make an image, like by using a brush, it looks pixely and rough at any zoom. A great amount of detail is lost and there is no smoothness to the image. The image looks the same once it's been saved and viewed outside PS.
Any ideas?

Have you upgraded to Vista? Adobe and Vista are not compatible.

the image u are aspiring to print is small besides on ur show screen (which has a dpi of seventy two) while printing something it would be a hundred and fifty dpi or bigger. if u have illustrator then u can placed it in that and stretch it without dropping a number of hte %. if not enable me understand and that i will see what i will do. could be at present because im bored at paintings....
