True? Avg person has maturity of child?

What is the average? How about different counties. Anything being done being done about it? Or how important is it? Any of these.

I should have said emotional maturity

    Maturity of a child isnt good?

    I think being just to have maturity of a child is just too GREAT!!

    Too many adults are thinking too much. That actually independant of different countries. All adults around the world are the same. And to try to have a maturity of a child is just pretty hard when you were trying to have while you are an adult.

    Why question the average person? They have the greatest minds, because only with maturity of a child , they can attain the truth and enjoy the beauty of lives of nature.

    I don't think you can test or pinpoint maturity, so I would say no, because it is impossible to determine.
