Please help -- I don't know how to do laundry!?
Well. Here it goes.
My mom started washing a load of clothes yesterday and I need to dry them today. It's the first day of school, I don't know how to dry clothes, and she left everything in the washer!
I think there are a couple shirts and a couple pairs of jeans in there. What heat settings do I choose? Here's what the knob on the dryer says:
Reg., med., or no heat (it has other words such as 'auto cottons' and '70 minute no heat' beside 'em).
I know this is a bit juvenile, but I really need your help. :(

Forget about the technicalities. Line dry the clothes and save the environment. A good habit to form at a young age.
BTW, by the time you wait for all the answers here your clothes anyway would have dried naturally :-)

It may be a juvenile question but everyone has to learn one day, or there would be a lot of stinking people around. No clothing would ever get washed or dried.
Why not peg the items on to the line to dry. Electric dryers are supposed to be used when all else has failed, its environmently friendly to dry clothing outside.. and they smell lovely too

It is best to choose med or low heat or even delicate cycle anything higher can ruin your clothes such as shrinkage Good Luck !

well make sure you are not putting stuff in the dryer that shouldnt be dried,,... like a shirt that fits just right or a sweater or something like that,..
then go with the auto cottons... and when its done check to make sure they are completly dry,.. if not do it again. and then fold or hang up
