How often should you weigh yourself?

There has been no set guidelines except for patients with certain medical conditions, but from doctors to nutrionists. They can not come up with a definitive answer. How often do you weigh yourself and why?

    I weigh myself once a day in the morning before I eat anything, that way its accurate.

    I think it should be once a week and on the same day that you started. Because I weigh myself too much everyday and I get discouraged when it does not budge. I know it would be better to weigh once a week and just focus on eating right and exercising. It would be less stressful than weighing everyday.

    if your trying to gain or lose weight weigh yourself once a week at the same time wearing the same thing. for example when you first wake up on a saturday.
