The closest thing I have found to a restaurant dipping oil is this hope this helps, My family loves it

    BALSAMIC & BASIL DIPPING OIL

A blend of olive and canola oils in blissful union with balsamic vinegar and your favorite Italian herbs. Drizzle over fresh tomatoes or pasta, or use as dip for crusty breads to experience the distinct taste of the Mediterranean. All natural.

    I get mine here

One of my favorite things to add to dipping oil is fresh ground black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese. It's simple and VERY yummy!

A lot of places add balsamic vinegar as well. Yum
