What is your favorite foundation brand? I am looking to get a new foundation.?

Man, I hate to say this but I've tried so many brands that there's not enough room to list them all.....bare minerals, revlon, estee lauder, avon etc... While each brand has there good points and bad, I've only found one that I've really been pleased with -- Lancome. It covers without looking caked on. I have combo skin and my T-zone is oily....at the end of the day it really shows....but with my lancome (pressed powder) foundation it looks great from 7 am until 6 pm without any touch ups. Yes, I'll admit that it is more than other brands but honestly, this is the one item you should NOT cheap out on. The pressed powder compact lasts a long time. I think they're even running some kind of promo now that if you buy like $25 worth of makeup, you get a nice sample of goodies (you have to choose between warm and cool colors).

When you go to the counter (Macy's) they will help you select a foundation and try it on just to be sure. That way there is no guessing (you know that one....you get home and wham! you see that it's really NOT your color. Ugh!)

I'm sure once you try it you won't switch to anything else. Oh, and I don't work for Lancome either. Wish you luck!

I am in love with the bare essentials foundation! It is the best.....it is not only good for your face, but it also camofloges all of your zits and pimples!! The mineral material is great and makes your skin look 20 years younger and fakes perfuct skin. If you like a lot on your face then just apply more! I get soooo many complements on my skin while using that foundation

Avon has a mineral type makeup that is fantastic! It's very reasonable, too. It basically is the same as the Bare Essentials, but much easier on your pocketbook. In fact my friend used to use the more expensive brand, but liked the Avon brand better. It has great coverage yet feels like you're wearing nothing at all. Try it!

My favorite brand is Bee-Luscious. It is a very high end make-up. Many of the posters have said MAC. MAC is OK but it is not even in the same league. The difference in quality is unbelievable. Here is the link

So far it's Loreal bare naturale powdered mineral foundation. It is so much easier to put on.

well i use maybelline pure makeup. i like it because its a oil free light foundation, so it covers inperfections, but not everything, like freckles. this one is great for light coverage. its made of 50% water so it doesnt clog pores. i havent tried the heavier stuff so i dont know sorry

MAC has great foundations but can be a little heavy. for eveyday use try bare escentuals at sephora...good luck!

I like Mac, or Lancome... you can find those at Dillards or macys... they ave a different variety of textures and even colors.... they have thick liquid kinds, to smoother ones to just mousse ones and colors to match your skint tone and texture and even oily, or combination or dry... also they have some that help with acne and non-of them will clog pores.. they're great!!
