Simple, install Windows XP. When I bought my new Dell laptop, it had Windows Xp. But then they sent me a free upgrade to Vista so I said what the heck...I'll try it. Big mistake!! Vista is still a rather new OS, and I don't think they have given it enough time in research and development. So I removed Vista and re-installed XP. Until Microsoft publishes a "Patch" to take care of all these problems with Vista such as printer disputes, I'll stick with my trusty Windows Xp. If you only have the one OS(Vista) try going to the "help" options, and see if there's a solution to your problem...good luck my friend!
